Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases made on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our delivery and shipping, returns and privacy pages.

1. Who is selling
AQUATIQUE hats are sold by [TODO-MATT: confirm legal seller: บริษัท พี แอนด์ เอ (กรุงเทพ) จำกัด / English name, registered address, tax ID, VAT status] ("we", "us"). Contact details are on the contact page.
2. Prices
All prices are in Thai baht (THB). [TODO-MATT: confirm whether prices include VAT (7%) and, if so, state "Prices include VAT". Have the accountant approve.] Delivery charges are added at checkout, and the final total you pay is shown before you submit your order.
3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. For PromptPay and bank transfer, we start preparing your order once your payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price shown was clearly wrong, and in that case we refund anything you have paid.
4. Payment
We accept:
- PromptPay: scan the QR code for the exact amount, then upload your payment slip. Unpaid PromptPay orders are cancelled automatically after the time shown at checkout.
- Credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Bank transfer: the bank details are shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery charges, methods and tracking are described on the delivery and shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered. [TODO-MATT: confirm]
6. Returns and refunds
Our returns policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law.
7. Product information
We describe and photograph our hats as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. [TODO-SEAN: decide how to disclose that some lifestyle and campaign images on this site are AI-generated or illustrative. See the lookbook page.] All hats are free size.
8. Your account
You can order as a guest or create an account, including by signing in with Google. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. How we use your data is explained in our privacy notice.
9. Intellectual property
The AQUATIQUE name, logo, product designs, photographs, videos and text on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
10. Our responsibility
We are responsible for goods we sell being as described. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for loss that we could not reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control. 11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us is subject to the courts of Thailand. [TODO-MATT: confirm court, for example the competent court in Bangkok]
