Delivery & shipping

We pack every order in Bangkok and send it with tracking. Delivery within Thailand is simple and low-cost; worldwide orders travel with Thailand Post EMS.

Delivery within Thailand

  • Free delivery in Thailand until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 the flat rate is 50 THB per order.
  • We hand your parcel to a Thai courier. The tracking email tells you which one.

Worldwide shipping

  • International parcels ship by Thailand Post EMS only.
  • One flat price of 980 THB per order, whatever is in your parcel.
  • One parcel bag fits about 10 hats, so you can order with friends and split the shipping.
  • You see the price at checkout, before you pay.
  • If your country is not offered at checkout, send us a message and we will check what is possible.

Processing time

We pack and hand over your order within [TODO-MATT: processing time, for example number of working days] after payment is confirmed.

Tracking

When your parcel is shipped we email you the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also see the status of your order in your account. Once the parcel is with the carrier, delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer. [TODO-MATT: confirm this wording and whether any declaration is made on the parcel]

Delivery questions

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Message us on LINE or by email with your order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not been handed to the carrier yet, we will update the address. [TODO-MATT: confirm cut-off]

Which courier will deliver my order in Thailand?

We use Thai couriers arranged by us. The carrier is named in your shipping email together with the tracking number.

My parcel is delayed, lost or damaged. What now?

Contact us with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the parcel and the item. We will follow up with the carrier. [TODO-MATT: confirm how lost or damaged parcels are handled]

Do you ship hats outside Thailand?

Yes, by Thailand Post EMS to the countries offered at checkout. Ordering together with friends is one way to share the postage.
